LUCY + RICK

Lucy and I meet through Lora, Lucy’s friend who is also a talented wedding photographer. Lora recommended me to Lucy for her wedding since she was already booked for Lucy’s wedding date. Lucy, Lora and I meet first at a local Starbucks and talked for a long while and even shared dinner afterwards. From the moment I meet Lucy I could see that she was excited about her wedding day; it was something she had been planing for a long time.
Lucy and Rick are young, in love and definitely crazy about each other. They are fun and have a close relationship. They have many friends and family, and their wedding was a day of celebration for everyone. Rick is strong and business-minded, but when it comes to Lucy, anyone can see that he tends to melt when looking at her. I observed Lucy and Rick interact often. Rick constantly has to make contact with Lucy; he holds her hand often. Lucy loves to look into Rick’s “amazing eyes” as she describes them and she gets emotional every time they share intimate moments.
They are just a fun couple to be around. Their wedding was filled with fun, partying and close intimate family moments. They are not shy to wear their emotions on their sleeves and often display love and tears. Their wedding was a celebration of love, family and close friendships. I was beyond excited to share this day with them and capture some of their most intimate and fun moments of their special day.
